Hotel Pacaya Lodge & Spa
We will all be staying at the Pacaya Lodge & Spa Resort. This is also where the ceremony will take place. No need to book rooms! Room accommodations have been provided courtesy of the wedding party.
We invite all guests to join us for a three-day celebration from November 6 to November 8. The schedule is designed to give everyone time to settle into the warm weather, celebrate our wedding day, and enjoy a day of relaxation afterward.
Food & Beverage
As part of your stay at the resort, the following meals will be included:

All other expenses beyond the included meals will be at guests’ own cost.
Flights
When booking your flight to Managua, Nicaragua, ensure that your layover is around 3 hours long.
Boston -> Nicaragua
Most likely, your connecting flight will be in either Florida (if using American Airlines or Delta) or Texas (if using United Airlines). A longer layover will allow more time to re-check bags and security.
Nicaragua -> Boston
The same 3 hour layover applies here. Nicaragua is known to have sudden storms and delays are common. A longer layover will give you peace of mind in the event of delays.
Ground Transportation
We have organized transportation to take you from the Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport to the venue Pacaya Lodge. A chauffeur will be holding a sign and notified on who to expect. The total travel time is approximately 1 hour.
To help coordinate transportation, Andrew and Patricia will be in touch a few weeks prior to the event to confirm your arrival time.
The same transportation service will be used to shuttle guests to and from the church, as well as back to the airport.
